Lace and Tule Party Dress

My mom found this dress for me at Sacks on Fifth for my freshman homecoming. It was so perfect. Unfortunately haven’t worn it again & don’t have anywhere/suspect I will not again have anywhere to wear it to. Royal blue with really pretty lace halter neck and a short, flirty tule skirt. We did take in the top a little bit because it was baggy on me, however no fabric was removed & it’s just a few hand stitches so they’ll come out easy if needed. A little bit of stain on the skirt, pretty sure it’s ginger ale, should come out easily enough but I’m too poor to take it to the dry cleaners tbh.
