Lace Victorian blouse black

Victorian blouse black with lace New with tags this is 100% polyester long sleeve little bit of a pleated affect on the cuffs the button it has very thin, but it does have light padding on the shoulders. This has a lace yoke, front arm and collar approximately 26 inches flat lay pit to pit and from top of shoulder to bottom about 26 inches. This is in very good condition and it’s brand new, I believe it’s also vintage. I just never got worn yet has a romantic Victorian look to it.
