signedkenadee @chelseaebrown I'm ~5'4 and modeled this when my waist was 25", bust: 34B. I wore the skirt lower than my natural waist (on the hips) because my waist was too small to fill it so I think this will fit you perfectly. The waist band is also elastic so there is some stretch.
