This ballet inspired skirt is feminine, elegant, and will make you feel like a ballerina with every twirl. Airy and dreamy, this skirt is a lighter, simplified version of our popular “dream” skirt, perfect for the bride who loves tulle but not looking for volume. I wore this skirt for my second day of my wedding. It is light, airy, and full of life. I never altered it and have had it professionally cleaned and stored in a preserved box. It is the original measurements that I purchased it at, a size 27 waist. ABOUT LACE & LIBERTY Design & Craftmanship Every dress is a unique piece of art. We start by brainstorming all of the individual elements and how they all go together. We then choose fabrics & cut that best suit the gown style, considering aspects such as stretch and weight. Depending on structure and support, design elements need to ensure that we can meet these expectations on a real body. Then of course there’s lace! There’s so many different types of lace - floral, geometric, beaded, 3D, chantilly, color - the list goes on. One of the most fun times for the team is exploring and sourcing new lace options! All of our gowns are hand made and our talented seamstresses hand sew each individual lace piece to create the intended design, sometimes it can be up to 50-60 pieces!
