Is this stretchy? And is the fabric on the outside scratchy/soft/somewhere in the middle? @alyoung23

@lbattle6 I don’t think the fabric is uncomfortable. The top is lace against the skin with the top layer of detail on the outside. The bottom has a lining so that is against the skin.
