Lace Fit and Flare Cocktail Dress

Bought at Nordstrom for New Years Eve. Only wore once. Tag says Size 16 but I’m busty and usually wear a size 12 jean. I think it runs small. Nice not extreme pedi coat to give it flare underneath.
