Lace Dress with Belt

A white lace dress with a belt that snaps around the waist. The belt has two large, lace white flowers on the center. Originally, the dress was made to snap with a button behind the neck, but the fabric meant to keep the button in place has torn, as shown in the picture above. Although there is damage, it is still new with tags and has not been worn before.
