Lace & Chiffon hi-lo dress

This dress was purchased from Entourage boutique and worn twice. It has a beautiful lace top with chiffon hi-low bottom. Elasticized waist expands from about 9 1/2 to 15 inches. Fits a size 2-4 dress size well. Length from top of dress to high part of skirt is approximately 32, and to low part of skirt about 38 inches. Smoke free home.
