Size 8 petite; fully lined lace; skirt waist is elasticized, & would stretch from 24” to about 30”. Length from top of waist to bottom of skirt: 25.5” Rayon lace appliqué over lace of 100% polyester & 100% acetate; dry clean. Made in USA; never worn; tags include a bag with matching button. Like new
