eberko Hi. I've messaged you about shorts I purchased and paid for on feb 22nd. It has been one week and they've not shipped and k have no had a response regarding when they will ship. Please respond to my message before I pursue action through poshmark in this matter. If they haven't shipped out it would at least be nice to have a response back or some communication regarding an item I've paid for. Thansk

I should have given you heads up that I was out of town so I'm super sorry for the inconvenience and inconsideration on my part! They're packed and ready to go out today!

eberko @fnfseattle hi. I received my shorts today and am feeling pretty upset as you have advertised these as new with tags and they Do not have tags on them, but a homemade tag that has been placed on it. Unfortunately I was expecting to get a new item with tags as advertised and I have bought many one teaspoon shorts before and know what their tags ate like. This is really disappointing as I didn't receive the item I technically paid for. I have no evidence that these are even in fact new.

fnfseattle @eberko the shorts are new, I owned a clothing store called Fox + the Feather (you can look it up on Instagram if you'd like @foxandthefeatherseattle). We closed this January. Truth be told, we took the original OneTeaspoon tags off because there were so many clearance reductions on them as it was one of or older washes. All the mark downs looked tacky.

fnfseattle @eberko Those shorts, at wholesale, cost us more than the price you as a consumer are getting them for. We were just happy to see them to go to a home where they'd get worn. I don't mind if you return them. However just so you know, they are brand new, and have never been worn. If I had the original inked up tag I would show it to you, but as it sits, I do not. I don't know how to proceed with a return, so Poshmark can do their thing and get them sent back. Have a good weekend.

eberko @fnfseattle okay. I started a refund when I got it, but I will keep them. I was just expecting them to have tags and was wanting to make sure they were in fact new. I'll contact poshmark to cancel the refund. Thank you and thank you for the prompt response.
