NWOT Labradorite ring size 7to7 1/8 in surgical steel

NWOT Labradorite ring set in surgical steel marked see photos. Size 7 to 7 1/8. This is a substantial ring bought for myself but it does not fit. It is so pretty. It has all the fluorescent colors of the labradorite any which way you move it you pick up those colors, make me an offer.
