Lab blue spinel and CZ gold plated ring size 7

This ring is from an estate purchase in like new condition.  Big blue stone tests as spinel. Definitely a lab created one. White small accent stones test as cubic zirconia. Set in yellow rolled gold (slightly thicker gold plate). I’m not sure what the base metal is. It’s a heavier ring weighing 8.70 grams. Could be brass. No purity stamp. Only GR and Thailand. Measures a size 7. Fun ring ! Reasonable offers considered
