La femme Full-length Navy Prom Dress with Cutout

I’m 5’1” and had this dress altered to fit me. It’s a great length and has padding in the chest for extra coverage and support. The cutouts are beautiful and elegant. It’s perfect for prom or a nice event. Worn once - the straps are sew together and the stitching on one is coming apart - picture provided.
