The TC Pro is the best shoe for all-day comfort and climbing that you can find. They support you and also stick to everything. I've climbed many multi-pitches in these. They have been resoled once and the rubber on the resole is still very fresh. TC Pros can be resoled many times because they are sturdy shoes. I have another pair in a half size bigger as well and for me, the size 40 is better so I find that I never wear this pair anymore. These work for men and women.
