Never worn Men's La Sportiva Hyper Mid GTX Climbing/Hiking Boot in black/red/orange in PERFECT shape! These are a Men's size 11 US/10 UK. The original insoles were removed and misplaced, but we are including BRAND NEW Superfeet Trailblazer comfort insoles in a Men's size 9.5-11 (please see photos for UK and EU sizing). These boots were discontinued in 2016, but are HIGHLY sought after and RARE. Especially in EXCELLENT (NEW) condition. These boots come from a happy, healthy, smoke-free home. Specs: Upper is suede leather and PU with a leather pull cord reinforcement. Lining is Gore-Tex Extended Comfort. Midsole is MEMlex EVA with a soft injection EVA cushion, a "Rock Guard" extra density wedge and a TPU anti-torsion stabilizer at the rear. Sole material: Vibram IdroGrip. With more cushioning in the midsole than most rock climbing approach shoes, and excellent torsional stability, this boot can handle the long miles. The GORE-TEX waterproof membrane works well while remaining breathable, and overall this hiking boot doesn't sacrifice much climbing ability to provide comfort and support for hiking. Not surprisingly, we found the La Sportiva Hyper Mid GTX more comfortable and supportive for long approaches than traditional low cut approach shoes.
