anchik @dbono hi, yes, there is underwire and the cups are lightly lined (no thick padding) to provide a nice shape. I am 34D typically and this was a recommended size for me but I tried and went a size up for myself (couldn’t return this one). I think it may be ok for you given the smaller band size. But all depends on how one is shaped I guess.
