I have no clue how this is supposed to be worn - definitely the most complicated piece in my closet. BUT I think it can be worn a bunch of ways and it's soo pretty. Delicate, sheer, and lightweight. Has a snap closure at the neck, sides drape, bottom has a small ruffle, and there's a scarf like piece attached at the top. Has no stretch, so please check bottom/hip measurement.
