La Femme lace and chiffon evening gown

It’s a brand new evening gown, size 8. The top is lace and the skirt is polyester/chiffon. It’s a beautiful mauve (or dark champagne?) color. Though it’s never been worn, one part of the seam is torn (as shown in picture) - it should be easy to fix, since the tear is at the seam. The price is low due to this tear.
