tropicalkuuipo @kitnd absolutely! I’m 5’5. As far as the bust, I myself do not have very much in the bust department. There was actually a good amount of space. I’m not exactly sure the recommended bust size but the dress stretches very well. Since the dress is size 0, i think it would be perfect for cup B or lower Cs. Hope this helps!
