@vikochka555 hi! i would say it’s navy blue that ombrés into a really rich royal blue. way prettier in person but i’ve posted some photos of my daughter in it from her prom to give you more reference photos. what measurements would you like? i feel like it’s a true size 4, and i’ve also attached the size chart from la femme’s website. let me know if you have any other questions 🙂

@sandyhsu great Thank you I just need to know the waist measurements I am 27-28 I wanna make sure it not gonna be small on me how is the upper part closing on the back did you do any alterations? I am 5.3

@vikochka555 i added photos of the back—there is a zipper clasp at the top and a zipper and hook and eye closure at the back of the waist. i didn’t get any alterations to the waist or length, and the waist is about 26.5” (13.5” laying flat) so it might not fit as is but is super easy to let out/get altered since there’s so much fabric to this piece. hope this helps!
