This is a 2x, and would be a bit tight on a 3x, but could still fit.
Approx knee length, fabric is light and sheer. Embroidered trimming and down the middle, which is all see through.
I'm pretty sure this was only used once. I took it on vacation and wore it to the pool once that trip.

@ssstack It fit me when I was an 18 so it should. However everyone varies a bit. It is a coverup so it's made to be a little bigger. If you for comfortably into an 18, you should be fine. The upper side of an 18 would start to fit a little tight.
