soulsnsirens @beatrixkiddo404 Hello again love 💗 The measurements are pretty much identical to size 18 minus the hip measurements. For this item, the bust is 40-46, waist is 40" and the hips are 42". And for a size 18 dress the bust is 40-46, waist is 40" and hips are 44-48". So it's really just the hip measurement that is different.
