A bunch of my friends got them and the same thing happened to them. I went to the Louie store to see if I could have it repaired and they said it would be like 250 and it was less than a year later: I mean they could have worked on the design since then idk I don't work there that was just my experience but I do love the bag I just would only trade for it with my background with it but that's just me
