LUXURY GUMPS FRESHWATER PEARL 14k GOLD SHELL PENDANT 32" NECKLACE STRAND TORSADE

This is a VINTAGE Gump's Freshwater Pearl 10 Multi-Strand Necklace. This exquisite necklace is accented with a GORGEOUS 14k shell clasp. The clasp is designed with a CLASSIC design This was made in 1970's for Gump's. The 10 multiple strands of this necklace are comprised of freshwater pearls. It is measures approximately 32" long (from end of clasp to the end of where the closure for the clasp starts) by approximately 1"W with the stands loosely laid next to each other. Weighs 82 grams. Freshwater pearls measure 5mm by 2mm. Accented with 20 6mm cultured pearls; each cultured pearl accented with 2 small 2mm 14K beads. Clasp measures 16mm long x16mm wide x 7mm thick. There are small gold spacers in-between pearls in various locations. In-between each bead, it is a knotted silk thread. Tight closing clasp with a safety on the clasp. This was purchased MANY years ago from Gump's. This is vintage and has been stored away in a safe in a non-smoking home. The clasp is marked, "14k." My scale only weighs in 1 gram increments...so it weighs between 82 and 83 grams. Does NOT include the box.
