what are the measurements on the waist and hips? are they stretchy ? Do they have a zipper?

@lysette1227 hi! There is no zipper, the waistband is elastic and the shorts do have a little stretch to them. The waist is 14” across (laying flat and relaxed) and the hips are 17” across (laying flat and relaxed). Hope this helps
