This is size 8 and made by Lulus. It measures approximately 19" across at the bust and it is 25" in length from the back of the neck. It is made with 95% polyester and 5% spandex and hand washable. It is very gently worn, in excellent condition, no rips or stains, might have some wrinkling with shipping. Very nice jacket.
