LULUIRA black multi tiered lace dress/NWT

Dress is New with tag. size L side zip boning on front on sides /popping out on top of one side. You can simply remove or sew it back in. There is also a thread coming apart which I would just dab glue or super glue dot on carefully . You may be able to tie it back or sew . /pit to pit-15" unstretched/stretches to 20/elasticized at back with removable straps/multi layer ruffled lace mesh 26" long on side from under arm. Really cute little New Years eve dress!
