There is a pocket before you get to the zipper part , then inside the bag it's a zipper pocket, 2 small pockets for pen, key strap holder, other side of inside of thr bag is 2 small pockets, and then another zipper pocket, then outside back top of bag there is another pocket. And the bottom of the bag has nice hardware. The bad was rarely used.
