LUC Speedo Lifeguard swimsuit “endurance” women sz 32 navy

Lightly used Speedo Endurance lifeguard swimsuit. Women, one piece, cross back with open mid back. Size 32 —- how does this translate?? My daughter is 5’6” and is 110lbs and this barely fit her. Like a small I would say. It’s 24.5” from shoulder to crotch. She wore this twice and there is slight wearing on the bottom. Otherwise like new.
