This exquisitely designed TS Couture size 18, long sleeve blue dress was purchased to be worn by the Mother of the Groom at the wedding rehearsal and rehearsal dinner for an outdoor wedding the following day. Since rain was forecasted, the dress never saw the light of day. Brand new, never worn, with tags, this dress is a bit of a show stopper, to be sure.
