This exquisitely designed and artfully crafted dress Is a beautiful example of the TS Couture collection of women's dresses. The pleated design that cris- crosses the chest and disappears into the waist is the primary design statement of the dress. The sheer arms flowing from the shoulders back into a solid cuff design add an interesting layer to the overall design of the dress. Originally purchased as the main dress for the mother of the groom in an outdoor wedding which imfortunayely was rained out, and therefore never used or worn. The dress is brand new with tags still.
