L-RL active Ralph Lauren navy vintage polo dress

This navy dress has “slimming” white piping designs, a white embroidered logo, and an athletic jacket feeling white collar. It has a very small very faded stain on the internal collar as pictured that is invisible when worn. I am 5’4” and the dress falls just below my knees. It is a size medium but fits more like a fitted large.
