lizcostatv @isabellebuie22 I am 5’3 and 115... I wore this once in Toronto. Did not feel like I was in freezing temps... Was complemented everywhere however yes, totally felt like it overwhelmed my frame. I know some people like that look but it just was not for me. I was trying to step outside my comfort zone when I purchased it
