LOZ Japanese Street View Building Set 789 Pieces Mini Ideas Block Item 1232 Cat

This was a set of blocks given to my son one year for Christmas. He never played with it, but it looks like it would be a lot of fun to put together. Everything is brand new, sealed in the box. There is some damage to the box however otherwise in perfect condition. Is it a cat cafe? A pet shop? All run by this adorable female figurine and her Shiba Inu!
