kserokiola Hi, please write to Poshmark Support. I’ve done so seven times explaining all in detail. This is THEIR fault as they were aware the coat was in transit once they had the correct tracking and they refunded me anyway.

pamelasplace @kserokiola Good morning. I have tried to reach out to Posh several times. they will no longer allow me to send messages. Their reply was that I had my limit on messages sent to the conversation. Do you want to return the coat and repurchase it? That is my only solution at this time.

kserokiola @pamelasplace My daughter has the coat, works full time, is under duress with morning sickness and lives in a somewhat rural area I wouldn’t ask her to do that, etc. Poshmark Support can be reached via e mail. Try that. Look that up in the help section.

kserokiola I sent a thank you postcard which might arrive today. My late dad lived in Punta Gorda, then moved inland to N. Ft. Meyers after one of the hurricanes.
