LOVE NOTES dress

A great dress to be casual or add some heels for a night out. Waist is elastic, bottom is fully lined, top is low v-neck with ruffles. Material is a light and silky feel. Bottom is very flattering cut/design as seen in pictures. A very small pull that I enlarged so you could see it, very difficult to notice. Approximately 18” pit to pit and 23.5” pit to hem.
