Is this still new and unused with plastic on the zipper?

@cromano0731 it is still unused. I will need to check the zippers to see if I left them on. I was told that it could pose a defect/imperfection if left on too long. Even with that said, I have not used it once.
It was originally meant for my daughter but she hasn't found any interest in luxury bags so it currently sits on a shelf.

@cromano0731 good news - I've included the original tags and receipt holder I've also included a client copy receipt with personal info crossed out. Zippers (except main compartment) has plastic affixed. I'ved included the original box but couldn't find the ribbon.
