jamilla25 my Speedy 30 did the same thing and I had it less than a year. The crazy thing about it, is that i bought it from Bloomingdale's as well. But i put up a huge argument and called the actual Louis Vuitton, got my money back. I now have a 35 from the actual Louis Vuitton store and its still in perfect condition yrs later..
