@gorkatt hello thank you for your interest in this item. Yes, the inside is kind of dirty and it is worn on the inside like some of the inside is starting to come apart, but I do believe cobblers can work their magic into making this into a beautiful key CLES again. it still is perfectly usable even with the little flaw it has, but if you want it to look flawless, I would definitely recommend taking it to a cobbler
