The buyer (@robbh) claims the bag was painted and that she cleaned it due to supposed defects. However, after cleaning it, she damaged the bag, as shown in the pictures she sent. Now, she wants to return the bag. I find this unfair because I sent the bag in very good condition, even though it is pre-owned. My listing clearly shows the bag without any defects, as evidenced by the high-quality pictures I provided. but what she did to the bag is unacceptable.
