momstarr @philippikatie I reached out to customer service.. “Rest assured, we will provide you with a tracking update on the Order Details page as soon as we receive additional information from USPS. I want to assure you that we do have a process in place for situations such as this.” that was the response I got🙁

I sent an email and left them a message on their Instagram and they did not respond. I’m beyond upset I am going to keep messaging them. This has been long enough and we both deserve a solution😖

momstarr @philippikatie I’ve sent messages thru app but the email response is just automated..so I DM thru instagram and they tell me “support team” will help me but they don’t. Then when I do get an email it’ll tell me they are “looking into it” but it’s been 26 days!😵‍💫

philippikatie @momstarr I also had to open a claim with Affirm because I don’t think it’s fair to pay for something that’s lost. Hopefully someone gives us some answers because Affirm will contact Poshmark as well
