Beautiful handbag, when purchased at Harrod's in London the purse was all black including the zipper. The black on the zipper has worn off and now it is gold. Not noticeable. CHARM IS NOT INLUDED. NIB strap for bag sold separately in my closed. On a scale 1-10 I would say a 6 1/2. There are some scratches and marks

canadiangirl57 @dylan9517 Hi I just looked at the bag, no scratches that I can see. The bag does have a couple of little scuff marks. The bag is used though.
