LOT. Semi-Precious/Created Cabachon Cut Stones. 26 stones including but not limited to: star-sapphires, tiger eyes fresh-water pearls etc. Purchased in Pakistan. A cabochon is a gemstone which has been shaped and polished as opposed to faceted. The resulting form is usually a convex obverse with a flat reverse. Cabochon was the default method of preparing gemstones before gemstone cutting was developed.
