Unfortunately, I am closing my store, either permanently or until Poshmark resolves and takes ownership of this lost designer handbag I sold. They not only let the customer cancel the order after it was shipped, but when it arrived at their authentication warehouse they did not send it back to me. I have opened several USPS cases searching for this bag and it is still missing after more than a month. I have been using Poshmark for several years and nearly achieved ambassador status, and I simply can’t believe that this could happen. How can we trust to sell our high-value items, which are already marked down below value, with a company that carelessly handles our sales. It is with much regret that I am closing my store permanently or until I feel that Poshmark has made efforts to not only resolve this issue but ensure that it never happens again. To the customer who canceled this order, I am disheartened not only by your actions but lack of responsibility and efforts to help find the item you purchased. I offered you a great deal on this beautiful bag, and you repay me by canceling the order after shipment and pretending it is not your problem.

OMGGG!! Did this happen at headquarters!?! They replaced a Gucci Bag I sent the headquarters with an cheap h&m bag and they cancelled my order saying a scammed them! But I emailed them with video proof from the post office of it being packaged so it was evident that it was shipped to them! So if you can get proof email it to them! If not contact Manish on Instagram and explain what happened!

@jensicampos thank you for the advice 💕 I’ve been emailing them every week and showed them proof. I will try to reach out via IG, I didn’t think about that! They should definitely pay or hold the customer responsible.
