Across the fold over chest area 13.5” lying flat empire waist line Lying flat is 11.5” Overall length from chest to hem is 30.5” Appears to be NWOT although the hook area in the back appears to be pulled slightly Abigail LORICK was lead designer on GOSSIP GIRL years & this dress was seen on the series many times in various colors No belt but I have many skinny belts that would look great w/this!
