hautechile @rmkonno Hi there... The actual item is brand new inside plastic wrap. I won't be able to open the product for sanitary reasons.

hautechile @rmkonno I thought the product was wrapped in plastic but it actually just has 2 plastic clear round stickers on the top and the bottom of the box that keeps it closed.

hautechile @cozmicfox Hi there, unfortunately there's no way of telling unless I cut open the new product's seal. I do make sure to bubble wrap the product so it doesn't get damaged in transit.
