flowithme1 Hello! I bought many items in a bundle from you (which you actively accepted my offer) many weeks ago. It never got shipped to me even though I messaged inquiries to see if everything was okay. Then you suddenly canceled the order completely with zero response to me, even though the app shows you were recently active online on the platform. Can you please explain what is going on? I’m still new to Poshmark and looking to understand how the customer service aspect works here.

flowithme1 Please let me know how I can still get the items since they still show as “sold” on Poshmark, even though I never received them. I hope it’s just an innocent mixup on your part. I’m disappointed that I received no warning or communication from you. I thought that Poshmark Ambassadors are supposed to be role models on this platform and exhibit exemplary customer service. I see many other people on your page also didn’t receive their items ordered from you.
