This dress is stunning and very figure flattering! Color is black with a couple areas that have a tan/gold design. Short sleeved, size large, no material tag but feels like a rayon blend. The dress is very flowy as it goes down from hips to bottom of dress. Also has shoulder pads that can easily be removed. I will try and find someone to take a photo of me in the dress so you can see the true cut snd style. its beautiful and reminds me of the style ladies wore in the 30's and 40's. This dress is in gentle preowned condition with no damage found.

gary1914 @cassiopeia90 bust is 19" waistline is 16" hips approx 19" length approx 49" measured from top of collar to bottom hem this dress is a bit difficult to measure exact due to how its designdd/cut but it's a size large. my measurements may be off less than a half inch give or take but should be pretty spot on. 🙂

gary1914 @cassiopeia90 hmmmmm I'm not sure what you mesn by rough polyester. 🙂 I'll have to check the waistline being adjustable. I dont think it is. I think it's just one button and an internal loop but it could likely be moved out or in by a seamstress.
