New with tags. Never worn. Dark denim color size 8 petite. Mid rise with a wide hem. The denim is not stiff. Hidden Back pockets (see picture) They are really cute and flattering. The picture makes them look short but they ARE NOT! They touch the floor when I have them on without shoes. I am 5’4” I wanted to return them but I am a few days outside of the 30day return policy.
