LOFT tie neck blouse

LOFT tie neck blouse. Short sleeves. Note: the elastic on the sleeves is cut (see photo). Can still be worn as-is. I had planned to sew a different edge in this (the elastic was too tight), but my sewing machine isn’t working and I have too many projects.
